Barbecue Chicken Marinade

Ingredients:
  • 600g Chicken
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper
  • 60ml LSH Normal oyster sauce
  • 30ml light soy sauce
  • 30ml wine / rice wine / Shao Xing cooking wine
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons Corn Flour
  • 15ml olive oil / sesame oil / onion oil
  • 30ml cooking oil
  • 1/2 yellow onion (cut across the rings)
