Salted Egg Yolk Prawn
Ingredients:
1) 350 gm medium size prawns, deshell, deveined and butterflied
2) 4 tbsp Lee Shun Hing Oyster Sauce
3 1 tsp sugar
4) 1 tsp salt
5) 3 salted egg yolks
6) ¼ cup tapioca flour or cornflour
7) cooking oil for deep frying
For seasoning sauce:
1) 80 gm butter
2) 3-4 brids eye chillies, cut into small pieces
3) 2 stalks curry leaves
4) 5-6 tsp evaporated milk
5) 1 tsp sugar
7) 1 tsp chicken stock granules
8) salt to taste, optional
