Claypot Seafood & Tofu

Ingredients:

1) 30 ml cooking oil
2) ½ yellow onion, cut into wedges
3) 3 cloves garlic, cut into slices
4) 50 gm carrot, cut into slices
5) 50 gm medium prawns, deshelled, deveined and butterflied
6) 50 gm fish slices
7) 120 gm Japanese egg tofu, sliced into 1cm slices
8) 50 gm squid in slice
9) 4 tbsp Lee Shun Hing Oyster Sauce
10) 100 ml water
11) ½ tsp white pepper
12) 1 egg, beaten
13) mixture of corn-starch and water
